This year's Legal Marketing Association Annual Conference will be held March 21-24, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, GA. The theme of the conference, Diverging and Converging: Shared Industry, Different Paths, recognizes the diverse roles and responsibilities of legal marketing professionals and the impact on law firm marketing success.
As a Gold Sponsor this year, the Inherent brochure will be tucked into every attendee's conference bag. We're running a special contest, challenging people to "Find Beau" in the brochure for an opportunity to win a $500 American Express shopping spree. If you're going to be there, be sure to check your bag for a chance to win!
Keynote speakers this year include Keith Ferrazzi, Founder and CEO of Ferrazzi Greenlight, Harry Beckwith, Branding Consultant and noted author of Selling the Invisible and What Clients Love and the one I can't wait to hear, Dr. Maya Angelou.
As usual, the program promises intensive workshops and many opportunities to share best practices, energize new ideas and, OK, we'll say it, to party. I mean, come on, it's Atlanta.
Debra will be introducing Harry Beckwith as the speaker at Friday's lunch, so if you're there, make sure to stop by and say hello.
What do Christopher Walken, Blue Oyster Cult and your Web site have in common?
More cowbell, baby!
What started out as an appreciation for a famous Saturday Night Live skit became the foundation for a promotional campaign Inherent ran at the 2006 LMA Bay Area Tech Program last fall. The promo asked: Does your Web site captivate audiences? Does it communicate your firm's successes and achievements? Convey professionalism and inspire trust? Is it easy to navigate? If your firm's site isn't attracting the attention and customers you want then Your Web Site Needs More Cowbell!
We have since grown so fond of our spokescow, Beau, that he's become our official company mascot. In addition to our advertising, you can see him in the "Beau's Corner" section of our electronic newsletter, on our blog at www.lawtechblog.com and in the $500 LMA Conference contest.

Auto-publish bios, practice areas, newsletters, etc. in high resolution Adobe® PDF format using current content from your Web site database. Every time you update the content on the site, you'll be updating the information on the PDF files as well. Your firm's attorneys can point potential clients to your site for printing high-quality CVs, for example, or the firm's latest newsletter. The format is much more flexible than what you get with standard HTML coding, and the image quality makes a world of difference on a printed document.
In addition to "printer-friendly" Web pages that are used for quick reference, auto-published PDF files can be used by firm personnel for proposals, media announcements, and more. Ask us how we can help you with this -- it's simple, quick and cost-effective. You'll wonder why it took you so long to evolve.
